The Reading Room is available for hire

Seating 40, the Reading Room is ideal for post-christening celebrations, small weddings and wakes, and is also available for general hire, business events, children’s and family parties.

There is a permanent audio/video installation with an overhead video projector and audio amplification system with the capacity to play CDs, DVDs and VHS tapes. It also has VGA and stereo mini-jack connections for your own laptop (PC or Mac) to permit presentations.

This and use of catering and other facilities are available at extra charge.

The Reading Room, across the road from the church, is a Grade 2 listed building. It includes a large hall, kitchen, toilet facilities, and a garden. (While the Reading Room is accessible for the disabled, the toilet facilities are not.)

New charging rates for the use of the Reading Room will come into effect for all booking applications submitted from Monday 1^st April 2024 as follows:

Use without ovens	£10.00	£12.50
Use with ovens	£12.50	£15.00

Regular users
Use without ovens	£12.50	£18.00
Use with ovens	£15.00	£25.00

Business users	£20.00	£25.00

Please note: the use of crockery, cutlery, tables and chairs is included. More formal ware is available for hire.
